Marlon's favorite color and a remix of "I'll Follow You"

Hello Lovlies!

Well if you've been paying attention to Velvet Code's facebook page, then you know that Marlon asked us to guess his favorite color. The choices were, Pink, blue, red, lavender, and black. My personal choice was blue and black...But HIS favorite color totally makes sense...Especially since I always think of the color purple when I'm doing anything for Velvet Code. Lavender is Marlon's favorite! Thankfully since he was feeling nice he decided to share the prize with all of us who weren't right as well.

VC Project update.

Morning everyone.

Alright, apparently having things due by next Tuesday wasn't enough time. I can understand that, and for the ones who contacted me, THANK YOU! Since sending out the message I've gotten one more message saying thank you for moving the date back.

So here's the deal, we're going to get this done for Marlon's birthday. There is NOT going to be moved back again. This is the only time because I understand that the Holidays took up your time. The new due date is March 17,2010. That gives me enough time to get things organized the way I want it..

A lot of you have asked me "What should I do for the project? I don't know what to do!" Well here's what I'm doing, first off don't forget to write your letter to Marlon....[Remember boys and girls, Velvet Code is only MARLON WURMITZER!! It's just like Owl City is Adam Young. Spread it far and wide that Velvet Code is not a band.]

Also you can make whatever you would like!! I'm writing some poems, making some silly signs, and possibly something else...Dunno yet. So really anything is fine. I've talked to people about making a comic strip. You can have people listen to a song of Velvet Code's and then take a picture. There's unnumbered possibilities for this project so just brain storm. If you need help on brain storming then post on the wall of the "Velvet Code Update Blog" group or post it to the actual event page right here! Do not...I repeat DO NOT say that you're going to participate in the project and then not do it....And if for some reason life takes place and you don't have much time, then TALK TO ME I can help you. I'm in college full time, work full time, help friends take care of their kids, AND still have to practice until I want to beat my head into a wall....And I still have time to do this. Yes I can help you with this IF YOU ASK. So there you have it!

It's 2010!!!

Happy New Year everyone!!

Wow can you believe it's 2010? I can't...I thought I'd be long dead before I even got close to the age of 20 I was obviously wrong and I couldn't be any happier about that. So while I'm listening to a Lady Gaga and Marilyn Manson remix...I shall give you some updates. Mostly going off Marlon's facebook. Also....VELVET CODE FANS, LET'S MAKE THIS THE YEAR OF VELVET CODE!!!

So who saw Marlon's last facebook status?

"The new Velvet Boom Room will be completed tomorrow and I will resume production on the new songs...including the V-Squad song with the names of all my Velveteeers...sorry for the delay..."

Velveteers....I know I can't be the only one who likes that name. So the Velvet Boom Room huh? Am I the only one who saw that and thought "I wonder what that'll look like..."No? Yea didn't think so. I know that ya'll have been wondering about the V-squad song, but I've said it before and I'll say it again, no worries, Marlon hasn't forgotten about it.

Who's excited to see the photo shoot Marlon did while in Canada for Christmas? I am!! Ahh I can't wait. They're going to be amazing. I just know it.

Alright, so along with the blog, I JUST added a group on facebook that's for the blog. It's for people to talk and whatever. If you have any Velvet Code pictures added then send them to me via e-mail and I'll add them. Once people join (I'm really wanting Marlon and Kasey to join >.<) I'll make admins...Marlon obviously, and my loverly VC twin Kasey. A few more might be added...But I hope that everyone enjoys the group here for the people who don't know about the blog for some reason.

Also, remember to get me all your pages for the Velvet Code project!!! due January 12.
